In this special summer fun series "American Drive" --the Heart of the Story takes us to a demolition derby. We want to know why so many people put so much time and money into building cars just to tear them up? More families are finding this unique sport a way to be part of the community.
We meet a family, inspired by generations of drivers, working hard so they can play hard and giving us tips on how to survive a derby.
